No Show Policy – Customers will be billed for a No Show

House Accounts are available. There are two payment options.
(a) Monthly Invoice Mailed to a Bill to Address
(b) Monthly Charges to a Credit Card and a Monthly Statement Supporting these Charges mailed to a Bill to      Address.

To establish a House Account please call 1-800-634-7890 and request a House Account Application.

Airport Pick Up Procedure
• Palm Beach Airport- Passengers will be met at the Bottom of the Escalator on the Way to Baggage Claim.   The driver will be holding a Captain’s Sign with the Passenger Name appearing in Black Letters.

• Ft. Lauderdale Airport – Passengers will be met at the Baggage Claim Carousel for their flight. The driver will    be holding a Captain’s Sign with the Passenger Name appearing in Black Letters.

• Miami Airport – Domestic Flights- Passengers will be met at the Baggage Claim Carousel for their flight. The    driver will be holding a Captain’s Sign with the Passenger Name appearing in Black Letters.

• Miami Airport- International Flights- Passengers will be met outside the Customs Area for their flight. The    driver will be holding a Captain’s Sign with the Passenger Name appearing in Black Letters.

Seaport Pick Up Procedure
• Palm Beach Seaport- Passengers will be met on the dock of their ship. The driver will be holding a Captain’s    Sign with the Passenger Name appearing in Black Letters.

• Port Everglade Seaport (Ft Lauderdale) – Passengers will be met on the dock for their ship. The driver will be    holding a Captain’s Sign with the Passenger Name appearing in Black Letters.

• Miami Seaport – Passengers will be met on the dock for their ship. The driver will be holding a Captain’s Sign    with the Passenger Name appearing in Black Letters.

Cancellation Policy – To cancel a reservation please call 1-800-634-7890. All reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before pick up time.

Our Prices do not include Gratuities. Industry Standards are as follow:

• Limousines - 20%
• Excursion Vehicles - 20%
