Pickups

Your driver will arrive about 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.   Please provide an exact location of your address just in case it is not set up on Google map.  This allows the driver to find you without any delay.

Locating Your Chauffeur

  • Call Captains-M&M Customer Call Center at 800-634-7890 If You Cannot Locate Your Driver At The Designated Pick Up Point. Failure To Call Will Result In You Being Charged In Full As A “No Show” Plus Any Additional Charges.

Charges

  • Rates Shown On A Reservation Confirmation Are Estimates Only. Estimated Totals Do Not Include Extra Stops, Wait Time, Additional Parking, Tolls, Etc.
  • All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations whether your reservation is booked online, email or over the phone.  We will not charge your card until the day of the trip after the trip is completed.   However, we will card verify the credit card to make sure we have capture the correct number, expiration date and security code.  For your convenience we accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
  • A 20% driver gratuity has been included in the total charge. Depending of the level of service this gratuity may be increased, decreased or entirely eliminated.

Additional Fees

  • Waiting Fee: A 10 minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled pickup time. Any waiting time beyond that will be charged in 15 minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate plus driver gratuity
  • After Midnight Fee: A 10 minute grace period is allowed at midnight. Any waiting time beyond that will be charged in 15 minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate.   Note: the waiting time is from 12:10 am until the time the plane lands at the designated airport.
  • Before 6:00 AM Fee: Any time before 6:00 am will be charged in 15 minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate.
  • Delayed Incoming Flights: While we will do our best to accommodate a delayed inbound flight or a missed connection flight there may be a time we cannot accommodate this change without impacting another customer. This is especially true when we are meeting you with a specialty vehicle including an SUV Vehicle.
  • Delayed Outbound Flights: We know you don’t wish to spend extra time at an airport. However, we may not be able to accommodate a change in pickup time and not impact another Customer.  This is especially true when we are sending a Specialty Vehicle including an SUV Vehicle.  Wait time may be charged if our vehicle is held at your location to accommodate the delayed departing flight.
  • Extra Stop Fee: Additional stops are calculated at a rate of $20.00 per stop within Palm Beach County and $40.00 per stop outside Palm Beach County. Additional charges would apply for stops outside of the reasonable path and sequence of the trip.   The additional charges will be based on time and/or mileage consumed by the stop
  • Car Seat/Booster Seat Fee: $20.00 Per Car Seat or Booster Seat provided upon request. Insurance Regulations Require The Adult Traveling With The Child To Install The Car Seat And Set The Child In The Car Seat.  At the time of reservation please provide the Customer Service Representative with the age and weight of the child.   This will ensure we bring the correct size seat
  • Credit Card Fee: By Traveling with Captains-M&M you authorize your credit card to be charged in accordance with our rates, policies and terms. Our email confirmation will be used to support charges to your credit card once the ride is completed.  A 3.7% credit card fee will be added when paying with a credit card.   The charge on your credit card statement will say Car Service Fl.
  • One Discount Per Reservation: There is only one discount allowed per reservation.
  • Holiday Travel: Thanksgiving Day / Christmas Day / New Year Day – A $25.00 Holiday Driver Fee will be added to each reservation.  This will appear as Holiday Fee On Your Confirmation and Invoice.  100% reimbursement directly to the Driver working these holidays.
  • Service Assistance Fee: – Our drivers are available to provide Service Assistance at an hourly rate. Our Service Assistance Program would include but not limited to:
  • Taking a Passenger to the airport gate in a wheelchair
    • Picking Up And Bringing Food To Their Location
    • Taking the Passenger Food Shopping
    • Taking the Passenger To the Doctor and Staying With Them During The Doctor Visit
    • Welfare Checks Request By Family Members Located Elsewhere.

Cancellation and No-Show

  • Peak Season – During Our Peak Season October 1st to May 31st Our Cancellation Policy Due To Heavy Demand Is 72 Hours For All Sedan And SUV Vehicles. 120 Hours for All Other Specialty Vehicles.
  • Non Peak Season – During Our Non Peak Season June 1st to September 30th the full fare will be charged if a reservation is not cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick up time. 72 hour cancellation is required for all Specialty Vehicles.
  • The full fare plus gratuity will be charged if a reservation is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick up time if you requested a specific driver.
  • Full fare including gratuity will be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup area. To avoid being charged as a “No-Show” do not leave your location without communicating with the Captains-M&M  Customer Call Center at 800-634-7890
  • The driver and vehicle will be released and the reservation converted to a “No-Show” if there is no contact from the Passenger 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time at the Non-Airport pickups and 45 minutes after the gate time for Airport pickups – wait time charge may apply.
  • With all airport arrivals we expect to hear from the Passengers within the 10 minutes after the actual gate time. This confirmation assures us you have arrived and that your driver is waiting for you.  If you need extra time please notify the Captains-M&M Customer Call Center at 800-634-7890
  • All Cancellations Must Be Done Over The Phone at 800-634-7890. We do not accept text or email cancellations.  The Customer is responsible to notify the Customer Service Representative of any additional reservations connected to the original cancelled reservation. 
  • All Changes To A Reservation Must Be Done Over The Phone at 800-634-7890

Luggage Limitations

  • Two large pieces of luggage and a smaller carry-on item will comfortably fit in a Sedan vehicle trunk.
  • However, large items inside the vehicle are not allowed per commercial insurance regulations.
  • If you do have additional extra items, or a party of 4 or more with luggage, you will need to reserve an SUV.
  • At the end of every trip the driver will thoroughly sweep the vehicle so that you do not leave your personal items behind.
  • However, passengers are fully responsible for their belongings and will be charged to return any left belongings.
  • Golf Club Bags – Only 1 Golf Club Bag is allowed in our Sedan Vehicles. The cover must be a soft cover.
  • Golf Club Bags – 2 Or More Golf Club Bags will be assigned to an SUV Vehicle.
  • Golf Club Bags – Hard Cover Golf Bags will be assigned to an SUV Vehicle

Animals

  • While we love animals in our vehicles we require they be secured either in a Pet Carrier or Pet Cage.
  • There will be a cleaning charge of $100.00 should the vehicle require to be cleaned and detailed following the reservation.
  • There will be a secondary charge of $100.00 for the driver lost revenue to have the vehicle cleaned and detailed following the reservation.
  • No Animal is allowed to roam the inside of our vehicles.

Smoking / Eating / Drinking

  • Smoking and eating is prohibited in all Captains-M&M Vehicles.
  • Florida Law Does Not Allow Alcoholic Beverages In Our Vehicles.

Travel Voucher Program – Refer A Friend

  • Don’t Forget About Our Travel Voucher Program:
  • Refer A New Customer And Ask You Friend To Mention Your Name At The Time They Are Placing Their Reservation.
  • Once Your Friend Has Completed Their Travels with Us you will be mailed a $25.00 Travel Voucher You can use the Travel Voucher for Future Reservations.
  • Make sure to let the Captains-M&M Customer Service Representative know you have a travel voucher when placing your future reservation
  • Please Note: An Additional Passenger Added To Your Profile Does Not Qualify As A New Customer

Online Portal Reservations

  • To assist in providing you with quality service and providing you with a 10% discount off the flat rate all Online Reservations must be booked 24 hours in advance. You can place these reservations thru our BOOK NOW portal located on our web page at captainsairport.com.
  • All pricing provided thru the Online Portal are subject to change.
  • All pricing provided thru the Online Portal are subject to review by the Captains-M&M Customer Service Representative for accuracy.
  • Travel Alert Days – No online reservations or discounts are offered on a Travel Alert Day.

Email Reservations

  • If you wish to send an email reservation to reservation@captainsairport.com a 5% discount off the flat rate will apply as a Captains-M&M Customer Service must process the reservation.
  • All email reservations must be booked 24 hours in advance.
  • We offer this alternative option for our customers struggling using the Online Portal Reservation Program.

Miscellaneous Policies

  • Mechanical Breakdown, Act Of God Or Severe Traffic Conditions: Captains-M&M is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown, Act Of God, Severe Traffic Conditions While On A Transfer And Or Charter. Captains-M&M will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  • CDC Restrictions: No Beverages Will Be Provided

  • Captains-M&M is concerned about the privacy of the information you provide during your visit to our web site or over the telephone. The information you provide us is held in strict confidence and is not given and/or sold to third parties.   Any personal information provided to Captain-M&M in an e-mail message will only be used to address the subject outlined in the email.
  • All credit card information is stored in the PCI compliant. PCI compliance is a standard developed by the credit card companies in order to protect your credit card information from theft when it resides on remote servers.
